Stephanie at Regis. Gentle, intuitive, creative, personable, and kind; in Stephanie's hands you relax and get the care you can only dream about. She loves what she does and this shows in her work. I've never had so many compliments in my life as I've had since Stephanie's started doing my hair; it's been three years now! I even look and feel younger! Her suggestions for color work great too. I won't go to any one else. Steph's it!

Best Hair Stylist Around - Stephanie at Regis Salon in Natick Mall. I found Stephanie by getting a coupon in the mail from Regis and I will say I was skeptical because I never used a salon in the mall or went to a salon that was a chain, but decided I was tired of driving to the place I used to go since I moved here and gave it a try. I can honestly say I NEVER had a haircut/color done so awesome in my life. I have been going to her ever since (~3 years) AND here's an even better review - EVERYTIME I come home from seeing Stephanie my husband says something and has lOVED it too! She does a great hair cut, color, waxing and is such a warm and inviting person you don't mind getting all that done at once. I have also referred many people to her and they have all been just as happy as me!

I have also been told they are planning to renovate the salon, and that will be nice when it's done.

I love going in and just letting Stephanie do what she wants or try something new - no matter what; if I bring in pictures of ideas or I let her do what she feels will look good it ALWAYS comes out GREAT!

Chop Shop. Ok... This may not apply to every stylist there... but I just got a hair cut, and I said I wanted one inch and the girl took off like 3 inches. Then I said with the angle around my face I only wanted the dead ends off, and that would leave the shortest piece around my chin, and now the shortest piece is at my cheekbone. I might as well have gotten bangs. Then there was a piece in the front that was apparently left out of the free for all chop shop because I have one little strand hanging in the front that is like 2 or 3 inches longer than the rest of it. Not at all what I wanted and not straight or even. One side is longer than the other. I want my 30 dollars back.

Friendly environment....talented staff!. This is a great salon with a nice relaxed friendly environment. All the staff are really nice and they actually "listen" to what you want. Much better than the other "downstairs" option in the mall. Myself and three friends all go to Regis and we always love our hair! The place itself is a little run down but staffers tell everyone that they are waiting to be remodeled for the new mall expansion at the Natick Collection.
