horrible. Went in with a living social coupon..The pedi was a jelly style. Ok not great but the worst part was the manicure...She did it standing up, while my feet were in the jelly bath. Rushed and very incomfortable. They should not offer a coupon and try to rush you through the service. I will not go back.
Absolutely awful. This place could not be worse. I wouldn't go back if they gave me a lifetime of free manicures.
STUPID PEOPLE WORK HERE. the first two times this place was OK. I went there yesterday, and the male that did my nails hurt me so much! his nails were stabbing into my fingers. i have fake nails, so when he was cleaning it, we realized that my middle finger had gotten fungus on it from water staying under it. instead of telling me to take off my fake nails, he reapplied chemicals on it, didn't even clean it, and he hurt me by jabbing it with a sharp tool. i called my doctor and i was told that the nails were supposed to be taken off!! to top this off, they sold me a fung off bottle, and when i got home to open it, the bottle was EMPTY. this place needs to hire new employees. i am going back today and demanding a free nail take off and getting all my money that i spent there yesterday. ALSO I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!
Terrible Place. I have never gotten a worse manicure. First of all they have terrible ventilation in that store and it reeks of acetone. I can easily get over that, but the male manicurist's hands were absolutely filthy and disgusting. There was a visible layer of dirt under his nails and his skin was grainy from left over glue. He also destroyed my cuticles. In sum, don't bother going here. It's terrible.
Great Place!. After being introduced to this place by a friend who drives from Boston just to come here and get her nails done(crazy), I was skeptical at first, especially when there is plenty of good salons in Boston. When I first came for a manicure+pedicure the price was right($40) and the nail technicians are nice. People come and go, so there is usually fresh faces time from time, but luckily for me, I already have a favorite. The nail salon is accommodating, often taking last-minute walk-in and scheduled appointments. The location is convenient as well, since it is located right in front of one of the mall's entrances. I been going here for almost more than a year and now I know why my friend loves it so much.
Below Average. The first time I went there, the woman doing my nails did not realize there ws a body attached to my hands (until it came time to pay). I have never had a faster french manicure and when I asked her to make the white line thinner, she told me that they did not know how to do that there. Huh?? Second time (I know, why?) I was manicured by a male manicurist - my 4 year old niece could have had a more accurate application. Need I say more? Manicure $13, predicure $30, french mani $21.
