Outstanding company

I was doing rehab at Spaulding and my therapist told me to go to Precision since she bought her equipment there. I tried out several different models and decided to go with a Lifefitness. They delivered it two day later. The delivery crew was awsome and they had to go up a narrow staircase. I tipped them and overvall it was a great shopping experience.

My spare bedroom is now a home gym!

This is a great place to shop because they have everything. My husband and I spent seveal hours trying out all the equipment. The owner was really nice and he gave us alot of valuable nutrional advice as well. We finally chose 3 pieces of equipment and we were not sure if everything would fit. They provided us with a floor plan and that sealed the deal. The installation crew was very prompt and did an excellent job.

Grade A Customer Service

Dave and Steve at Precision were very accomodating in helping my wife with a treadmill she bought. She has been in great spirits so I thought I should get an Eliptical as well. Went down and met Dave and Steve and not only did they give me a fair price but helped me in finding the right location to put "my new toy." Would not only do business with them again but would highly recommend these guys to my family and friends.

Buyer Beware

My family and I recently purchased a treadmill here. Upon delivery the "technicians" set it up without "Instruction on Proper Use of Equipment" and did not even test the treadmill. The first time someone walked on it (a kid weighing 90lbs.) the house was shaking and a light fixture fell down. We called to explain what happened and the staff told us that we could not return it and that they would happily help us write a Craigslist ad but it was our responsibility to sell it - a nice 4K down the drain in a matter of hours! When spending thousands on equipment we strongly advise you look elsewhere. It is pretty sad, we had a lot of people in the area suggest this place.

Exceeding expectations
