Best Seafood, Price and Atmosphere in METRO WEST!!!!!!.
I have been going to Dolphin Seafood for many years, and it has always been a consistently GREAT experience. But it got even better now!!!! They have recently added a white table cloth, and a lot more style to their menu, BUT kept the same unbeatable prices. Basically it seems like they are just throwing more value towards their customers, while still keeping their tasty fresh seafood, and huge portions at the same time. The wine list covers all the realms of wine, and makes it difficult for my wife and I to pick a favorite. They also have a full bar with freindly bar tenders. Their staff is great and fast, even on a Friday and Saturday when the place is mobbed, (make a reservation to be safe). Basically I am sick of being ripped off at other chain seafood restaurants and feel lucky to find a place that consistantly has a very good deal with a lot of attention to what they put on a plate in front of you. For example: they WERE running a Twin Lobsters deal this summer and winter for only $19.95. That is two 1 1/4lb lobsters with two free side orders. YOU CAN"T BEAT THAT!!!!!!!!! If you go to Dolphin Seafood, I guarantee you will go back!! They have function rooms too!

One of Natick's most popular restaurants provides exceptionally fresh, affordable seafood..
In Short
For MetroWest residents, the Dolphin's casual dining room serves as an ideal spot for an inexpensive meal. When not reciting the catches of the day, friendly waitresses deliver selections from the exceptionally affordable wine list. Citing the freshness and portion sizes of the seafood used, not to mention the fact that entrees like grilled tilapia and broiled haddock come with a choice of vegetable and potato, most diners experience sticker shock--of the positive kind.

Disappointed.
This was our first visit to Dolphin Seafood and we came away very disappointed. We were met by the owner who plated us with water and your basic restaurant rolls. Then we were met by a new waitress who happended to be on the job for only a few hours. She seemed to be rushed and unresponsive to our needs. Basically she had too much "on her plate". After reviewing the menu, we were then told that they were out of certain fishes. What seafood restaurant would run out of their specialty, not that other seafood restaurant. When we received our entrees we must admit the fish was tasty. The appetizer was a disappointing fried calamari as opposed to the boiled calamari that we wanted.
All in all for our first visit, it was disappointing. We would rather pay more at that other restaurant.

This dolphin is sunk.
What a joke. The wine list was horrible, the salad was worse than at McDonald's and the service was Slow. The only good part was the portions. Skip the wine, salad and go for the main course. Oh, dessert....for get about it!
