Upset with Bernardi Auto Repair Servive Division-Natick.
I am very disappointed & annoyed with the quality of service from Bernandi Honda Auto Repair Division of the Natick Branch.
I am a loyal customer of Bernandi Honda Auto repair ever since I have purchased my Car. I had always gone to them for any repairs to my car even though they were costly. I had my car diagnosed on March 28,2012 for the following items and propose me there final charges for the check engine light, Intermediate Schedule maintenance along with clip that needs to be changed for the back seat. The customer service informed me that it will cost $1311.84.
I received my car fixed on the same day after the proposed repairs at 13:30pm & paying the cost of $1311.84. The very next day the check engine light showed up.
I informed the customer service department & they stated that they can a check up only on April 4, 2012.
Consumers and readers please take a judgment on their quality. Please note that they have received a customer service award for 2011 & they are BBB Accredited.
I will comment further on this after I get my service checked on April 4, 2012.
In short, I am annoyed & very disappointed & regret being loyal to BERNANDI HONDA –Auto Repair Service Division of NATICK.
Best Experience Ever.
I went to Bernardi Honda and I was treated like a person, not like a sale. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and very few dealerships made me feel this comfortable. From the sales department to the service department. Everyone here greated me with a smile and thanked me for coming in. That was before I even bought anything. I took delivery of my new Accord that day.
After the sale I received a call thanking me for my business and asking me if I needed anything else. The whole staff was amazing and I would recommend anyone looking for a honda to make sure they choose Bernardi for all there needs.
We really wanted a Honda Fit and were bring a Clunker that was qualified for $4500, and $5000 cash down. We were sold and all was going along till we met the young manager. He was kind of brooding and non-descript. When he couldn't tell us the monthly fee, we got George the big guy from finance. He was rude and pompous. As we were speaking with them a young gentleman walked out of the showroom saying "don't trust them they are liars". We nervously smiled and within minutes were walking out ourselves saying the same thing.
This manager George must be a one man wrecking crew for that dealership. He has "no" respect for the customer.
Run away and save yourself while you still can!!.
Don't be fooled by the friendliness. They give you a low ball price and change the agreement as they go in their favor. They say one thing and do another. They bring in their fellow employees to back up their nonsense.
Zero stars would be apropriate.
Worst Car Dealer in the Town. Liars!!!!. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Do yourself a favor and go to another store. Liars !! Dont trust these guys at all. They will tell you anything to get you in the door. Once you are there, everything changes totally. I was told the deal over the phone was a mistake but no apology what so ever. And they are rude beyond imagination. I first thought that a young manager Jeff is rude, but when I went to the main desk, the two guys sitting behid it George and Scott were even worse. After my horrible experience I wrote an email to the owner. No response. I even confirmed that they got the email. They just dont care. I went to another dealer and got the car for even better price from another store, who were happy to earn my business.
Worst Car Dealer In MA.
I bought a Civic Coupe few days back. I searched car on internet and went to see the car. These guys are terrible. Esp Charles, Beware of this guy....Don't come into his talks about monthly payments...he told me about his competitive rates and low payments and I found they were giving me finance at 17% with my credit score above 730. Now these guys asked me to either take that or buy 100,000 certification wrap that too at 10% rate. They told me that you have given money (advance 3K) which cannot be returned and if you dont choose of two options the deal is off ...you not gonna get this kind of discount on any other car.
I was TRAPPED....Dont go to this dealer...or be very careful...
Car Dealership Hell. Terrible to buy a car from. Very sleazy and you don't even end up with a good price (as opposed to other large dealerships that are sleazy, but if you put up with it you get a deal). They lie to your face and use all the corny sales tactics that are right out of a B movie (make you wait long period of time, etc.)
Worst Service Experience.
I had recently taken my car for service at Benardi Honda.
The service rep who sits in service office and takes all your details is the worst person to work with, talking to him is like you committed a crime to get your car serviced there. He was very rude and had no sense of what customer service means.
The dealership has good waiting areas and other facilities but whats the point when their service employees are so rude.
I was asking him basic question that what's the problem and he started shouting and giving sarcastic remarks.
The quality of work done by workshop is good but the service rep is so pathetic that would not like to take your car to their service station again.
