Hidden Gem. I am new to this area of the country and was exploring the local shopping malls. Lord and Taylor in Natick was very impressive. It is not too big and has the brands I love (Chanel, Borghese, Coach, Ralph Lauren) and I can always find what I like on sale! The women in the cosmetics department are very friendly and did not feel I was being "sold" to as I sometimes feel in other stores. I almost missed this store the first time I visited Natick Mall but am very happy I found them.

Lord and Taylor, WOW, updated designers, fresh new look, great department store!. This is one of the best department stores in Chicago Hands Down! Lord and Taylor has completely updated their designers and have great hip new designers, for a much younger crowd, expanding the target market. The store is still as classy as it ever was, but they have fantastic prices and great options to choose from. Some of my favorites are Cynthia Steffe, Bryan Bradley, Michael Kors, Diesel, Paper Denim, Energie Steven, and of course, the classics like Polo, Ellen Tracy and Context. Not only are the designers great, and the store is spotless, the employees are pleasant, not pushy, and their personal shopping department is the best in town. Lord and Taylor recently went under new management, hence their new outlook on fashion. If you can't make it into the store, the updated website is offering great promos right now as well, especially in their cosmetics department with the Prescriptives line. They have everything you could want, even their children's department is great with designers like Ralph Lauren, Pumpkin Patch, Lily Pulitzer . . . you just simply can not go wrong with the quality of the clothes and home goods at Lord and Taylor, plus they have a great central location! Go to Lord and Taylor's website for all of their upcoming promotions and look at their new items for the Spring Resortwear. Absolutely amazing items! Pros: Great service, quality products and huge selection, what more can you ask for?
