Have Enjoyed 15 years of GREAT Service!. Over the past 15 years I have purchased numerous vacuums and accessories from Mr. Sweeper for my commercial cleaning business. They are also my first (and only) choice when repairs are needed. I have always appreciated the personalized service I get from them. They have gone "above and beyond" in many instances. An example is suggesting "aftermarket" accessories, when available, that work just as well (or better) than the name brand, but will save me a few bucks. Their knowledge can't be beat!

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH MR. SWEEPER. Mr. Sweeper is a solid, family-run business. If you want to purchase or repair a vacuum at a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend paying them a visit.

The owners are trustworthy, personable, and professional. Skip the big commercial stores and buy from people whom you can trust for great service and a personal touch. They have been in business for many years for good reason!

Incredibly Rude Owner Who Does Second Rate Work. We have bought 1/2 a dozen vacuum cleaners and had them serviced at Mr. Sweeper for the past 25 years. The owner was incredibly rude to my mother, an older lady in poor health who had a hard time understanding him. When we called to complain, he used vulgarities and shut the phone down on us. His wife was always lovely, but we will never go to him again and recommend that you all find better places to go.
