Awful Service and VERY rude owner. As with another review, if possible I would would give this store no stars at all. Long story short, just don't go here! I paid for an overnight delivery ($50) and after multiple phone calls the package was finally delivered a WEEK later. "Bob" the owner told me that there was nothing he could do and THAT I SHOULD STOP BLAMING UPS and him for not delivering the package that I SHOULD TAKE SOME RESPONSBILITY for the lack of delivery!! Can you imagine! I usually send packages to my college sophmore via the post office, I used UPS to get the package there sooner..NEVER AGAIN will I use UPS and NEVER again will I visit this UPS Store and I will tell all the friends that also send packages to their college kids NEVER to use this STORE or UPS. Bottom line "Bob" at this UPS store was rudest business owner I have ever dealt with.…
Stay away.
As everyone else has said the owner is horrid. When I questioned paying $18 to send a 2 pound package to Atlanta he yelled at me and said he doesn't control rates and I could just leave if I didn't
like it. When I told him two days ago he charged me half of that to send a bike rack to Arizona he told Me i was crazy and to prove it. He then asked me to leave.
I actually went to USPS, half the price with tracking.
Don't go here, plenty of other ups stores around if needed but I will now go to fed ex.…

I wont go to that store again. I'd rather got to FedEx or the USPS before I have to have dealings w/ those absurdly rude people. They were even rude to my 11 yr. old daughter who was standing near me as if she was a shop lifting criminal.

Rude man behind the counter.
On September 11, 2011, about 2pm, I visited this store and met a very rude old man behind the counter, he was yelling at me and ask me out because I ask him to treat me well. When i walk into the
store and try to get a paper box, the first thing he said to me was, "the paper box is on sale" meaning not free. OK, I intend to take out my stuff to see if the box is fitting, then he said to me, "you have to pack your stuff outside!" How the hell I know this box fitting? I have no way to take the box out before paying it, but how do I know this is the box I need before trying my stuff in the box? I felt not comfortable after his words.
I started to argue with him but he yelled at me and ask me to leave his store. This man is so rude and please prepare for confronting if you have to visit this store. Good luck everyone…
