Bugaboo Always Delivers. We've been to countless resraurants and few consistently deliver good food, good services with reasonable prices at Bugaboo.

Family-friendly steakhouse chain boasts a hearty selection and generous portions.. In Short
Named for a mountain range in the Canadian Rockies, this restaurant's interior has the atmosphere of a rustic hunting lodge. Talking animal heads provide side-show entertainment, but the primary attraction is the steak: prime cuts of sirloin, T-Bone, ribeye and prime rib. Hungry patrons are satiated by large portions of spit-roasted chicken, grilled salmon and Canadian jambalaya. Dessert lovers indulge with the chocolate "moose" cake, decadent layers of white chocolate mousse.

dontdoit. uncooked steaks, overpriced, extra charge for veggies, bad service, waitresses argue with you when you complain about food

Just Like Canada. At their new restaurant in Shrewsbury, it is just like Canada. I mean it's freezing in there! The food was ok. Nothing to write home about, but not awful either. Price was moderate. A better choice is a Picadilly Pub. Lower prices, and usually, better food.

Easily THE WORST Steak House. I learn from experience. This is one time I learned from others, when they told me Bugaboo Creek is not worth the trip (or the thought). Nothing unique about this place except for its animated objects. So that leaves us with being able to compare everything on the menu to other eating establishments. And it didn't. Neither did the service. Waitstaff was not knowledgeable about the menu nor the bar. A place only parents could endure for the sake of entertaining their kids w/talking animals.

Caesar pleaser. I love caesar salad and this place serves one of the best that I have had! The ambiance is nice, not too brightly lit, and the food is simple and filling.

Awful food and drink. The food was awful and overcooked, and the drinks were terrible. Slow service, and rude waiter. I will never go back.

no bull about it. went to the one in Braintree in Sept. this year, and look forward to next visit. Food was great and the staff was great.

Disappoint Reigns supreme. I can only say that I was totally disappointed when I went to Bugaboo Creek. The food was NOT tasty at all and the meat was overdone -- even though I asked for Medium Rare!

Tried it a couple of times, same thing. Won't go back.

rating BOO for a reason. Overpriced, under seviced, and all together depressing. My food came over cooked! Far off from med- rare! Two waitresses and not one smile.. whos doing the trainging around here? Stick to small biz...
