Fast Quote, Detailed Service - I was impressed. LTC Cleaning Company completed service at my house last week in the pouring rain and to be honest I was skeptical. I tried to reschedule but was told that if I did I would have to wait two additional weeks for a new service date. My home is a newly renovated French Manor in Belmont that was completed last summer. So for that past year I have been looking through some of the dirtiest windows you can imagine. So when I finally had had enough, my husband has actually been begging me to call someone, I did. I actually saw LTC in a Church bulletin in Concord Mass., while visiting the Catholic Church in town for a wedding. I figured, this must be a sign! So I called them. The price was higher than I thought but then again I kind of figured that seeing that they were from Concord and not Boston. Well, I can not tell you how happy I was to hire them. They were so careful in my home, so courteous to me and my husband. They even wore shoe protectors in the house. They were very impressive. The crew even came looking very respectable which, no offense, wasn't true for my last window cleaners when I lived in Newton. Bottom-line; hire LTC if you're in the market for a quality service contractor and a company that actually gets it. Oh and by the way... the windows still came out beautiful in spite of all the rain at the time of their cleaning. We will have them back again.…

Carpet Cleaning by LTC Cleaning Co.. LTC visited my Newton homestead this past Saturday to do carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. I found the crew, lead by Nick to be very polite, upstanding and close enough to on time to be consider that. I asked Nick to focus mostly on high traffic areas, which they did and those areas came out great. I also had two chairs badly beaten up by my wife's cats cleaned, those came out as nice as was possible considering their condition. I have rated LTC 5 stars because I am impressed by their professionalism, cost and the ease at which the service was completed. Good Job!…

move in cleaning. So it was in March 2008 when I called LTC Cleaning. They were recommended to me by my real estate agent in Newton. LTC was to complete a move in cleaning at our new home in Westford. Living in Newton at the time, I really didn't know what to expect services to cost in Westford and reading some of the other reviews about LTC online I wasn't quite sure why my real estate agent had recommended this company other than that she had had success working with them in the past. Well I wasn't there for the cleaning but my agent told me the next day the workers had stayed late to finish my job before my movers arrived, I immediately found that impressive. However this didn't even compare to how I felt when I finally got to my house to open it for the movers. Honestly, my home looked amazing! I let LTC clean the carpets and the windows in addition to everything else so the whole house looked really great and this was the right choice. I was even able to put off replacing one of our carpets since they cleaned it so well. The windows looked wonderful too and from what I know now I guess I should have expected that. The cleaning of my house was exceptional and incredibly detailed. They did miss one closest in a spare room but returned to fix the problem so that turned out fine. The price to clean my 3000 square foot home, 4 full bathrooms, my stove and subzero fridge, two carpeted rooms and about 30 windows was $1400 which was a little more than I initially wanted to pay but really seemed like a steal when I saw how this company single handedly transformed my home. Sorry this review is so long but I just want anyone facing the same situation as I did to know that I strongly recommend LTC to anyone who is moving or looking for a good cleaning company in Westford, Massachusetts.
