Recently I went to Salon 300 and had the owner of the shop(Pam) color my hair. I was very specific what I wanted. Since the coloring in my hair previously was red I explained I wanted it bleached out so my new color would not come out orange, or bronz...I wanted no red in the hair. (I wanted blonde). The OWNER proceeded to put the color in and then had to ask another person how long to leave me under the dryer! When I was finished my hair looked ok, since I left the shop with wet hair I didn't get a good look at what it was REALLY like. When my hair was dry my hair was multi-colored, brown, yellow, orange, red, blonde,and copper. I called the salon and asked for a refund. I was told, "Because I did the work, we don't give refunds." I have since found a professional salon that fixed my hair to the way I wanted it originally. It cost me more money, but now I know who will get my business and who to stay away from. DON'T go there for color!!!
