I went to medi weightloss in january of this year. I had a serious problem with my weight and had tried alot of different methods of losing weight with no sucsess. I sat down with the medical staff there and they helped me to understand exactly how i should structure my diet so that i could lose weight the healthy way. Well it has been almost 4 months now and I am just 5 pounds away from my goal weight. I started at 226 and am now weighing in at 185. The program was easy to follow and the medical staff was very helpful and friendly. If you ever have any questions or problems they are there to help you along the way. I highly recommend Medi Weightloss to anyone who thinks they can shed a couple pounds but wants to do it safely and easily.
