Don't waste your time with this place. I ordered flowers for mothers day, and the delivery was on time, but the quality of the flowers and the actual arrangement are terrible. I complained to 1800 flowers, and they made arrangements to re-deliver the original order, and agan, the arrangement SUCKED. I will never ever use 800 flowers again.

Awful!!!!. I ordered 2 large bouquets. One was to have fall colored gerber daisies, roses, and sunflowers. The other was supposed to have lillies, roses, and small daisies. When I received my order they were both small bouquets, both with only a couple roses and some "filler" flowers. I called the florist and explained the error. The delivery man came later that day, took away my small bouquets and gave me two new ones. They were the same bouquets only now they had carnations!!! I didn't get any sunflowers or daisies, and very few lillies. I paid over $100 for the bouquets advertised and I got cheap flowers. I understand that the florist may have ran out of sunflowers and daisies (somehow) but I do not think carnations are an adequate substitute. I call the florist back and he was very short with me. He told me that there was nothing he could do. He refused to bring new flowers and refused to give me a credit. The bouquets I received were nothing like what was advertised. Do NOT waste your money with these guys.

Worst Florist EVER!!!!!!!. My mother ordered flowers for my big 40th....She went on line an saw a bouquet of callily's & hydrangeas. So to my surprise I recieved carnations. It seems to me that most people would not say anything however I know my mom hates carnations and I hate pink. Since the carnations where pink, I mentioned it. In addition they were suppose to be delivered on my birthday they were delivered the day after and half of them were dead. When my mom called to discuss her disappointment they told her you don't get what is listed on-line just what is available. So if you order roses, do you get dandilions???? When they redelivered they asked for the dead ones and sent the same carnations again. My co-work used 800-flower and had the same issue. was her flowers from this store I don't know for sure but it sound like their handy work.....If I could take stars away I would...
