Nice. The hotel charges $28 to park overnight, but there's a lot across the street for $18! I would highly recommend ordering breakfast in bed. Very nice hotel with good service.
A good Place. I've stay at this hotel for 17 days in the past month and I like it. It was walking disting to a lot of good resterants in the area. Service is good, but the should change their buffet breakfast some time, you can only take so much of the same thing day after day. Rooms were great, but they shouldn't charge you $3.50 for a bag of M&M's…
I'd stay here again in a minute!. I have stayed here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Not sure I would call it a bargain (how did someone get a $119. room rate?) but still think it was worth what I paid. Where is my luggage!!!!. I stayed here on 7/4. For a 4 star hotel, I was very disappointed. At noon I left my bags at the concierge, and went sightseeing. At 5pm I went back (checkin was 3pm). My room still wasn't ready, and I stood at reception for 20 mins while they tried to figure out what they were doing. They finally upgraded me to a suite. But after 45 mins of waiting (and 2 trips to the concierge to get them myself, and finally a call demanding our bags within 5 minutes or we're checking out) I was fed up. We were now late to our meal reservations, and got very late to the Esplanade. Yes I know it's a busy holiday, but if I'm going to pay $150 for a 1 night hotel stay, I expect much better service! I've been soured on Swissotel, and would not return there again.…
