Wasted my time

I just wasted a half hour talking to a realtor who wouldn't tell me if there was anyone living above the unit I was interested in seeing. In my mind, it's a pretty simple question - yes or no! He went on and on saying the building used to be a single family but is now a three unit home, blah blah. I really don't care, please just answer the question. Ridiculous.

Any other realty company will do

Phoenix Realty apparently holds the record for most disgruntled employees. I have dealt with numerous phoenix realty agents in the past month, and every last one I've deatlh with wasl very short tempered. I don't know if it is the high stress of a realty job or narcotic use.

If you do get sold on an apartment, expect no further contact with them, because they will drop off the face of the earth.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And this guy Ken thinks that he can undo the damage of his irate workers, he is only doing damage control because someone called him out on it.

Look at the reviews, the sum of their knowledge is quite easily understandable: GO ELSEWHERE.

Don't bother!!

Don't waste your time with these people. I made an appointment to see an apartment and called 4 days before to confirm...no call back. I emailed...no response. I called constantly for 3 days EVEN the day of the appointment and no avail. Realtor NEVER showed nor called back so we ended up seeing the apartment ourselves, which was probably better!

And if you write a response saying "I can't respond/address this because i don't know who you are referring to"...leave me a number where someone will actually pick up and i will be MORE than happy to tell you who this particular employee is!!

Horrible customer service. Flat out bad realtor. I highly recommend going through someone else if possible.

I was forced to deal with the most disgruntled realtor I have ever had the displeasure of having to talk to. The way this woman dealt with questions was full of sarcasm and it made the whole process much more taxing than it should have been. Severe communications breakdown between property manager and lessee caused easily avoidable frustration. Please, please do not subject yourself to their services!
