Problem ownership ruins an otherwise good place. JA Stats has some quality going for it, but the experience is ruined by insecure owners/managers who are not customer centric.

Pretty good ambience in a decent location, perfect if you are getting off work in the Financial District and want to grab a quick one. This place might be perfectly acceptable as a lunch stop or after work drink, but for special events it is just terrible. Make any special requests and you will run in to the owners who have their own agendas always in mind. Basically, they want your money but they don't want to stretch even the slightest to accommodate you.

We had a party of 63 for a football game on a Saturday afternoon, accounting for between 80-95% of their business for the day. Members of our group came in all the way from New Hampshire, and many other locations to watch this game which unfortunately resulted in a loss for us. With most of the 4th Quarter remaining the power to their TV's went out. Slowly they were brought back up, but the wrong game was put on. When I quietly and respectfully asked about getting our game restored on the TV's the owner snapped at me, complained, and eventually said we were "just unbelievable". Yes, unbelievable that we would try to spend money at their establishment and receive what we had been promised.

This place will ultimately go under, and the owners will only have themselves to blame.

All-purpose bar and grill allows Downtown worker bees to unwind in style in the Financial District.. In Short
Stylish and friendly, this upscale neighborhood bar and restaurant has all the amenities for both the after-work and late-night crowds. Area professionals come in to grab a bite to eat, watch a game, or relax with a cocktail. The menu includes a variety of soups, salads, pastas, and sandwiches from quesadillas and burgers to spanakopita and chicken pesto panini. The bar has all the basics as well as a famous homemade Mudslide.

come for a drink, stay for the night. I recently went in to check out JA Stats after work and was pleasantly surprised by how good the drinks were and how nice the staff was. I thought I'd only be there for a drink or two but ended up staying most of the night with a bunch of friends and even ordering some food ... I know you can get chicken fingers almost anywhere, but you gotta try them here!

Great Addition to Area Scene. I work in the area, and was thrilled when I heard that a new place was coming to Broad Street. I checked it out after work the first Wednesday night it opened, and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. The set up is very inviting, and it had a happening vibe with out being overwhelming and stuffy. I met a lot of young professionals, and think that it is going to be my go-to bar of choice!

I told my friends about it, and they wanted to check it out, so we went in the following Saturday. We originally planned on having one or two drinks and moving on to another location, but we ended up staying there all night! The crowd was sophisticated yet down-to-earth and fun. The appetizers were wonderful (I highly recommend the chicken fingers and nachos) and their prices were very reasonable. The bartenders were also very friendly.

I think that this place will do very well, and its success will be well-deserved. I highly suggest checking it out for an afterwork cocktail or a weekend night out on the town!

New after work hot spot. I was recently in here one Thursday after work and the place was hopping! My friends and I had a great time. They play good music and the food is especially tasty. The bar is upscale and sophisticated, but not pretentious at all and prices aren't sky high. It's a great post work watering hole - a much-needed addition to the Financial District's after-work scene!

Great for after dinner drinks or a wknd night on the town!. This is a great place to land at right after work if you want some cocktails to unwind or some appetizers to lead you into your evening.

This past weekend was it's first open to the public and Saturday night it was packed! Great music, good waitresses and bartenders and a friendly 20 something crowd. Highly recommend it.
