This company was very quick in getting to my house and fixing the issue. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Total RIPOFF-Avoid at ALL costs. Don't use Walsh's plumbing. He used the wrong materials and did not pull the permits to do the job. It failed inspection and i had to rehire a different plumber to fix it. When i asked him to fix the work, he told my that i had to pay him more money to do it because time is money. He doesn't have a license and was working under another plumber's license number. In other words, Walsh's Plumbing doesn't actually have a plumbing license and doe not have the proper training to complete complex jobs such as drain laying which he advertises. Total job cost me over $12000.00. Wish i did my research into this company before hiring them for the job. basically, i got screwed royally
to all reading this faulse reveiw the job was compleated with all permits fees and lic# 3219and the job was inspeced and passed on recored with dedham town hall and one week after job was completed customer called and demanded that i landscape his front yard he was well aware that the landscape of the yard was not in the contract apon his request., he wanted to save the money and do it him self i explained there would be additional charges but we could find a good quality landscaper to get him a price he explained that he had "ties to the local ution and that the ution is the legal form of the mafea then a few weeks after that phone call he took me to court while in front of the juge after we explained the storey the judge found in walshs plumbing favor he continues to make faulse accounts and post faulse reviews
Bad experience with Walsh's.
My recommendation: DO NOT USE WALSH PLUMBING.
Paul Walsh personally visited my house to inspect a failed heating system. He came promptly and diagnosed the problem: I needed to buy a new furnace. Unfortunately, asking Walsh to supply and install the new furnace was a BIG MISTAKE.
I have been contacted by the city of Boston, department of licensure: Paul Walsh failed to ensure that a permit was pulled for this job. Not only that, but upon inspection by a city official, the work FAILED inspection: Walsh's employees used the wrong materials and the job must be redone.
I am currently considering whether to take this matter to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who will do the job right.
if you have read this reveiw the customer states that he purchased the equitment the rebate was between him and lenox not the installer the rebate was a program that lenox was offering to distributers not the installer if customer did his reserch he would have non this but in trying to make the custoer happy i explained to the supply house the situation and they took 200.00 off the price of the equipment when the job was compleated customer called looking for his rebate i explained that the supply house took the rebate out of the cost of the unit customer was not happy with that and asked me to wright him a check. this job was done in 2009 and was resolvied with BBB and the mass state plumbing board walshs was found not resondsable
BEST QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING, HEATING, AND DRAIN CLEANING SERVICE.
Walsh's heating and Drain Cleaning is by far the best company out in the eastern mass area. My experience with Walsh's was more than i could have asked. Their company was timely, professional, kind, neat, and most importantly got the job done right. Not to mention their motto is "if they can't fix it, we can guaranteed.
In closing, I would like for every other homeowner or anyone who is in need of plumbing, heating, HVAC, or Drain Cleaning if you want a job done with care, quality, and professionalism Walsh's is the company to choose.
To contact for your household needs i reccommend Walsh's 617-553-0739
