No prior dragon boat experience is necessary. Experience in the following is a plus: athleticism, good overall fitness, cheerleading, coxswain, triathlon, swimming, basketball, field hockey, gymnastic, lacrosse, volleyball, rugby, football, soccer, running, crew, rowing, sculling, paddling, canoeing, outrigger, kayaking, white water rafting, marathon, water polo and yoga.
There are opportunities to race in Boston, Montreal, New York, Pawtucket, Hartford, San Francisco are available.
