Could not accommodate buywithme. I found Spa through a buywithme and tried to make an appointment twice by leaving a voicemail (during its business hours). After two weeks of no call backs, I called again and was told they are not able to accommodate me to make an appointment. my feeling is that if a business can't be flexible enough to accommodate the buywithme's, they shouldn't run the deal, as they've lost this customer.

Worst haircut and experience I had ever had!. Don't go here or get a haircut by Oscar unless you want him to not listen to what you want, give you a mullet and then yell and throw money at you when you say you don't like it!

I asked to have my long hair trimmed and he cut over 2 inches off and put layers so short it looks like a mullet. he then proceeded to give me the worst 80's blow-dry I went home thinking once I styles it on my own it would be better but it was actually worse then the bow out.

I called and asked to speak to the manager, who was not the friendliest, and she said I would have to come in and show her the problem; I went in and was confronted by Oscar who said I was crazy my hair was beautiful and I was lying he barely cut anything off. He got so heated he was essentially in my face yelling at me. I said I was there to speak to the manager, and he proceeded to try to throw money in my face! This grown man was throwing a straight up fit.

A very nice woman there names Miracle, who seemed to be the only one who was willing to help me, said she would give me some tips on how to style this horrific cut. While she was helping me, he was pacing around the salon back and forth to the back room where he was bitching with other employee’s; meanwhile he had a girl in her chair who blow-dried her own hair and left!

To boot after I left he was waiting outside for me and trapped me at my car and tried to nice talk the hair cut again! He stood in front of my door and kept telling me how beautiful it was, I proceeded to tell him how unprofessional he was and he defended himself! I would never ever go back there nor would I recommend anyone to have to go through what I did!

Lots of staff turnover. Lots of turnover in stylists. Very disorganized people running the front desk.

Experienced Liscio Japanese Hair thermal reconditioning specialist. I used to have the most unruly, frizzy, curly hair that would run my life. Good hair days were few and far between. Thermal reconditioning freed me from my life of a pube head when my dear stylist Kiki Fotiadis performed this fantastic process on me. Kiki is the only one who uses this Liscio product in the area and is an expert.

I have now had two treatments in 13 months. The first one on my whole head and 6 months later, the second one which was the touch up. My hair is long and more healthy then before. It is soft and gorgeous. It takes me a fraction of the time to style it and I ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD HAIR DAY!!!!!

My life has changed and humidity does not rule my plans. My hair has an invisible shield from the frizzies and all my friends are jelous.

I highly recommend going to this relaxing salon to see Kiki and discuss Liscio Japanese treatment. Both she and the salon are fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Spa at Newton Highlands was a nice present to myself. 5 stars to them.. I heard from a friend that went to The Spa at Newton Highlands that they are a full service salon, so I went in to treat myself (it was my birthday). I started off with a facial for acne skin and never had a better facial. It was so relaxing and my skin felt great afterward. Next, I got my hair colored by Kiki and then cut into a really ultra stylish cut and had it blown dry. She is terrific! I would highly recommend going to Kiki because I got so many compliments on my hair and the color was amazing! They used really nice smelling products on my hair. I walked out feeling wonderful. What a birthday. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went back 2 weeks later to get my eyebrows done by Vanessa, who was the best! She took her time and my eyebrows were perfectly arched. Also, the wax wasnt irritating. I won't go anywhere else!

Great Atmosphere, Great facials, Nice jewelry. I have had many facials at many places and this was the best one by far. Knowledgeable friendly staff, very informative and willing to help. You can get facials and manicures and hair done all at the same place plus they have a huge supply of treatments to buy as well as great jewelry and accessories. HIghly recommend this, parking is easy, nice neighborhood, and reasonable prices for the service provided.

Exceptional Spa Treatments. The Spa at Newton Highlands offers you all that you need in one place,besides great hair cuts and color.The estheticians offer exceptional facials and go above and beyond to give you the best facial for your specific needs and they make you feel pampered. The pedicure was the best that I ever had. My husband had an amazing massage there and can't wait to go back.They also offer botox and restalyn injections by a M.D.So many amazing services in one place. Great location,easily accessible. I highly recommend it.

Best Spa Party for Kids. I had my daughters 9th birthday party at Girl Talk at The Spa. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was great and the experience for my daughter was the best. For me as the parent the Spa does all the work for you. All I had to do was bring the birthday girl, that made it a great day for mom. What could be better than mini manicures/pedicures, mini facials, and make your own lip gloss it was wonderful. The girls had such fun with all the services and the best part was how special the girls felt when they left. I highly recommend this place for your birthday party event.

Great new spa. I went to this new spa and absolutely love it. I got my hair done and they couldnt have done it better. I will no question be going back from now on. The women who were working there were great, so friendly and helpful. They even offer spa parties for young girls, what a unique idea. You have to check this place out if you havent already.
