I hate buying flowers. I never really know what I should get, or what looks good, or what goes together or anything like that. I needed a bouquet for my sister for her birthday, and she lives right down the street from these guys. I called and put in an order... when I went to pick it up, it was GORGEOUS. It was well beyond my expectations. Not only that, but the girl behind the counter was smiling and very friendly. My sister loved them; she's a flower person, and there was stuff in there she had to look up. Pretty cool.
Pros: Great flowers. My sister was happy!

This is my favorite florist in the city. The flower selection is always fresh, gorgeous, and unusual, the staff friendly, skilled and knowlegable, and the store is beautiful! I went in in a panic because I had forgotten to pick up a birthday gift for a girlfriend, and they made me the most beautiful, unusual bouquet right there on the spot in a matter of minutes, and for such a good price considering the quality. This is the only place I will go for my flowers now!
