Northeast Furniture Direct - A Hidden Gem. I contacted Northeast Furniture Direct last week when I saw a deal they were offering on living social. I was inquiring about purchasing some bedroom furniture, and the representative on the phone explained they had many to choose from. They also have sofas, and a mattresses. After speaking with them, I immediately bought the living social deal and scheduled an appt to go to the warehouse. I was still a little skeptical, but it only cost $29 for the living social deal, so I had little to lose. I arrived at the warehouse on thursday evening and was surprised to see how many people were there. The person working there explained the layout, told me to look around and he would be right over. I immediately found the bedroom set I wanted. It was a large poster bedroom. When I got the price I was extremely happy. I told him I wanted it and he said he could deliver it on Saturday. Most unethical business. The most unethical businessman you can ever meet. The owner Neal is a compulsive liar. We ordered for a mattress and a living room set. It was supposed to be delivered in a week. But there was no signs of the delivery. He wouldnt pick up the call. After 2 days, he told me that living room set was not yet shipped from the distributor in New York and it would take 2 months. He told I can come back and choose another set if I wish to. I called him up and told him to deliver the mattress and cancel the living room set. He said it will be done the next day. The next day, he never responded to my call again. I called him 40 times. I left him 10 voicemails. One day after that he comes up with another lie. The vehicle which was supposed to deliver met with an accident and he is still trying to figure out where the mattress is. I believed again. But then I noticed that, he had all the time in the world to upload ads in craigslist and on his facebook fan page, but couldnt respond to me? I mailed him asking for complete refund. No response. I called up my credit card company and they got my money back.

My recommendation is, DONT EVER visit this place and buy anything. In case you still choose to go, make sure you get the stuff with your own uhaul. Also, never pay by cash, you never know whether you will get your stuff or not.

If you have faced this problem, you can file a lawsuit against this owner under Consumer Protection Law 93A in Massachusetts. According to the law, you are eligible to get triple damages + lawyer fees.…

Northeast Furniture Direct - Furnitures Best Kept Secret. I dont often find myself taking the time to write a review about anything. But the other day I happened upon a small warehouse in stoughton that was offering furniture and mattresses at discount prices. I skeptically went down to a rather unassuming and unimpressive looking building and found a rather surpising array of fantastic deals. The gentelmen working there was pleasant and led me to the back of the warehouse to see a good selection of mattress sets. They had some memory foam sets and alot of others. I had shopped around so I knew what mattresses cost, so when I saw the prices I was absolutely amazed. Mattress sets that cost $1500 plus at the chain stores were here for $600, $700, $800. I found myself settling on a sealy posturpedic pillowtop with memory foam in it and I just could not be happier. I paid $45 to have them deliver and they did so the following saturday. Delivery guys carried it right upstairs into my bedroom and set it up. If you are out looking for a mattress set you definitely shoud check them out. I didnt look too much at the furniture, but when I need some I will be back.…
