too far

I always reserved to order online b/c I don’t usually home and UPS doesn’t have an option to deliver customer’s convenient time. I would shop a lot, if UPS had an office near the city and also work on Saturday. All UPS’s locations are extremely far.

I was happy to see I would be receiving my package soon. UPS left a notice saying 'signature required'. On the back of the form, where you sign for them to leave the package when you're not home, it specifically, says that you can ONLY sign and have it left if 'signature required'. Well, UPS left another note next day, circling 'signature required' and didn't leave the package. When I called, it was all automated with no option to speak to a person (except I pressed 0 and got to a person but it wasn't in the menu options). I asked about the signature and the rep mentioned an option not even on the form. They're not open on Saturday, so I have to go on Monday now and drive over 40 minutes to pick the package up. They shouldn't even call it a delivery service. I also tried to search for the location on their website and the location is nowhere, or hidden on their website. I googled the address and the ups website did not come up on the first page of results. GO WITH USPS OR FEDEX when shipping.
