Great Spot Close to Home. The Noon Hill Grill has become our local favorite. Close to home, it has a relaxed atmosphere, great food and friendly waitstaff. The sweet potato fries are to die for and the desserts are out of this world. It can be a bit noisy, but for a place literally around the corner for us, it is our regular hangout.

Great Food - Great atmosphere. Wonderful spot for a family dinner, or to meet friends. Already a staple of Medfield, and the surrounding area. Great food, fun place to eat. If you like a comfortable feel with great food, small town neighborhood place...this is it!

Top Notch Hospitality.
This is in response to the 9/21/2007 Review.
To the person(s) who have chosen to use "noonhillgrill" as their posting name we wish you would come forward from behind your shrowd of secrecy and ask you to cease further reviews using our business name.
The content of your "review" is obvously personal in nauture and does not belong in such a form like this.
We have never before and have not since, recieved any communication even remtotely similair to the experience you allude to here. There must be a better way to adress your personal displeasure with someone you know than to lay blame on us for your circumstances.

poor staffing, very little competition, food is average. This place is in serious need of an HR manager. The food is not bad, especially for Medfield! With few options I would suggest Noon Hill Grill to members of the Medfield community if they had a solid staff. Ownership needs an overhall of the bar staff especially. Rude, overly "friendly" with female customers, and just not a great experience. An establishment with lots of potential though! Owners Jennifer and Steve, if you read these reviews..please listen. There is such thing as good turnover!!!
