Excellent, Authentic, Inexpensive and Friendly
by uubuntu at Citysearch
It's a very good introduction to Greek/Mediterranian cuisine. A small, very casual, very inexpensive place that will provide excellent gyros and souvlaki sandwiches. The baklava is quite fresh, as the owner makes it regularly. Not especially romantic -- closer to grilled fast food than to traditional restaurants in style, but it's a great place to be introduced to Greek cuisine, and to see pictures of Greece all over the walls.
- Pros: Fast, friendly service, great food, inexpensive
- Cons: More of a grill than a traditional restaurant
