Terrible Experience. My wife and I decided to try this restaurant after driving by a few times and are sorry to say our experience was terrible.

It started off by our waiting for over 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. It would have been one thing if she was tied up in the back or something but she walked back and fourth several times without acknowledging us. This was a theme all night as our drinks were empty most of the night and other diners who arrived 20-30 minutes after us had already left by the time we got our bill.

So once we we were finally acknowledged, we ordered a couple of appetizers. The sweet potato french fries were pretty good and were actually the highlight of the evening. The gnocchi were overcooked though and the vodka sauce was extremely salty and overall not very good.

When it came time to order our meals my wife had several questions about the weekly special that was in the menu which the waitress answered. When the meals came the "special" that my wife ordered did not look like what was described in the menu at all so we figured they had sent the wrong meal. Unfortunately the waitress did not come over to ask about our meals so I just started eating mine and shared some with my wife while we waiting and waited. When the waitress finally showed up she realized that the special in our menus were last weeks which is why it was different than what my wife ordered. When we asked what she was actually served, we found out that it contained seafood to which my wife is allergic. She had almost gotten to the point of trying it to see if she liked it...good thing she did not! I really do not see how this could have happened when my asked the waitress some very specific questions about the special that was in the menu. It was clear to us that the waitress knew very little about the menu. So my wife ordered a replacement entree that arrived after I was through with my meal. She ate two bites of it as it was terrible. I ordered pizza for my meal and it was OK...certainly not the best Neapolitan pizza on earth like their website claims.

When the bill came we were very surprised to see that the charge for my wife's meal was not waived. We decided to ask about this because virtually every other restaurant we have ever eaten at would have not charged us for that meal given the mix up, delays and ultimately delivering a meal that was so bad my wife would not even eat it despite being very hungry.

The waitress scowled at us and said she would ask the manager who came over in a few minutes and said that she would waive the charge but in the process proceeded to be extremely rude and condescending to us. Overall, this was by far the worst dining experience my wife and I have had in over 10 years.
