Of The Liberty Hotel's 300 guestrooms, 20 are located within the old Charles Street Jail, with the remaining housed in a new 16-story tower. The modern rooms -- each of which has a flat-screen TV -- are tastefully appointed, with many enjoying river views. Located near the Esplanade, and next to the Charles Street T stop, the hotel provides an ideal home base for tourists. Service was very good - all the fine touches were coverd. Special of Roast Pork ws outstanding. One of the best meals I have had in many months - I dine out 3-4 times per week. Highly recomend - reservations suggested.

This hotel seemed to be a fantastic place, but the service was terrible. They were rude and unexpectly snobbish. I would not recommend this place, unless you know they will cater to you. I am sure they really take care of the one's they take care, of , and if you are on the other side of the fence, forget it.

The new Liberty Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is simply stunning, and our room was also lovely - not to mention very comfortable! The bathroom was especially magnificent. I was very impressed and highly satisfied.
