Big SCAM! was going to Burlington then they closed then sent me to Braintree and NOW THEY are closed! Never notified! Cannot reach anyone at Cooperate so next step is the Attorney General and the BBB.

I went in to have my laser done and after the appointment they told me that my contract along with everyone else that has a LIFE TIME GUARANTEE contract was being canceled. So they just stole my money $$$$$$$$$$$

I have had two treatments at Sleek. I am very happy with the service. I never had to wait, they always take me at my scheduled time and both procedures were thorough and really made a big difference. All my questions were also answered very quickly. I had a light chemical peel and a microderm. I plan to go back on a monthly basis. I have recommended Sleek to all my friends.

BAD BAD BADDD. The people at Braintree Sleek Med-spa are AWFUL!! They try to convince you how amazing they are but in all reality they are a bunch of barbie wanna be's who try to convince you they know what they are doing. They don't care about your concerns, and when you try to voice them all they say is 'oh sorry...' Is that really all you have to say?? Their policies suck, always changing and they dont give you any warnings about the changes in their policies. They try to justify the changes but they are in the wrong. As a paying customer I expect to get what I am told, and not play this game. I am thinking about getting rid of my treatments all together, they are UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I had read all these reviews before I decided to sign up for their treatments. I can see this company going down the hole pretty soon...

DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE!!!!!. Please read the reviews below and do not even consider this establishment. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my entire 46 years and rarely complain but this company is a SCAM!!!!!! The are also unclean and will not respond to any customer concerns even via their corporate office in Florida. Please do not use this company as there are many other wonderful medspas on the south shore that deserve your business and will treat you well.

Scarred for life. What ever you do, do not go there. I have three large scars on my legs from a sclerotherapy procedure done there. After giving them almost a year to fix them, I gave up. It will cost me over $3000 to have them fixed and the scars will never go away. They did not even give me the courtesy of a phone call when I sent them a letter. Now they want me to let them fix my legs again. REALLY?

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!. THIS PLACE IS UNDERSTAFFED! They do not know how to treat all clients. The staff always calls in sick and you will always have your appointment rescheduled. They need a whole new management overhaul.

amazing team and treatments!!!. WIsh I had started doing treatments years ago with how amazing the treatments are at Sleek in Braintree! 1st off, I was impressed right off the bat with how clean and pretty the establishment is...2nd the women who work there are all knowledgeable and seem to really care about all their patients.

At first I didnt know what to expect. TEveryone who works there looks the part but I was impressed with the welcoming feeling I received...alot of salons, and spas I have gone to in the past have a stuffy "we are doing you a favor" feeling. My initial treatment meeting was with their consultant, NIcole. She was beyond nice and very knowledgable. I bought a few packages for the problems I was having and its been a few months and I have seen a huge difference in my body and face treatments...I am very very happy!!! Even months later, the consultant checks in on my progress and always remembers my name, etc...

I think its rare in this area to get top notch care and quality with decent prices and i did my research...sleek is definitely the best mix of both! I really can't say enough about the manager at sleek in braintree, the practioners who have cared for me, the consultant, or the facility.

lack of professionalism & waste of money. I would actually give it less than 1 star if I could. Do yourself a favor and go to a dermatologist's office for your laser skin treatments, they offer the exact same services and often it can be covered by insurance, the MD makes this determination. For the same cost you get your laser treatments administered and or overseen by an MD.

I am now having my laser treatments done at my dermatologist for the exact same cost as the sleek spa treatments, and this time the treatments are actually working at removing my skin discolorations. The dermatologist and his staff actually know what they are doing and which lasers work best for which issues. The girls at Sleek do not, they are highly incompetent.

At Sleek I had IPL treatments, the girls running the lasers are at best incompetent, really they are uneducated, inconsistent, poorly trained. They do not escalate when the client is unhappy, well they do escalate, to an even more unprofessional manager of treatments. I hate to say it but the worse one is the manager of the treatments. She is really not bright , truly. There is no one for a customer to turn to when we are not happy, well at least not a knowledgeable medical professional. I plan to write a detailed letter to the CEO.

In terms of the surgical aspects of this business, i have no opinion, presumably for these, you are treated by MDs so I suspect it would be different than these laser treatments.

For the amount of money these treatments cost one deserves to get excellent results, with treatmets adjusted to suit one's needs. You can get this level of treatment at just about any dermatologist's office in the area, as well as at many plastic surgeon's offices.

Pease please please make a few phone calls to some dermatologists or google - there are many offering these SPA services s with much better results and much more professionalism, and the doctor is right on site in case you are not pleased with the results, or if the treatments need adjusting. Treatment can be adjusted by someone who acually knows what they are doing. I am very very unhappy with the work of Sleek.

Never go here ever. At first i got the promotional 50% off for my facial hair and my underarm, then they said facial hair divided into area and not the whole face. This is a lifetime guarantee treatment contract, I only want to do my upper lip and lower lip plus chin are and my two side-burn, then the side-burn is not working i change it to bikini, they said that they can give me a promotion if i do a Brazilian and not a bikini. I end up paying total over 3k($3000) but not working out at all. My under arm hair still grow out and my upper lips hair still grow, my Brazilian area is still the same a little less hair on the top and that was it. I have been treating here over a year now over 10 times and now every-time that i schedule a an appointment and i can not make it i have to wait 3 months for them to have spot to put me in.

What does "lifetime guarantee" worth if you can not get a continuous treatment and your hair is growing as before. Spending over 3k in this spa was a waste of time and money.

When i call for appt in other place they always said that it all book, no time slot. I'm thinking of bringing them to court.
