not sure what others are talking about.. the owner and sales person were honest about the BMW i purchased and very, very helpful. I went back for service.. no problem, very professional and courteous. I have bought before from another dealer and was not happy. So when my friend highly recommended Automax b/c of the quality of cars and sales, service. I even went back with a question and they were so helpful. I also referred 2 other friends who bought a Lexus and an Toyota. Both had only the best to say about there experience- I highly recommend going here for a honest, good price and follow through. oh and i was easily approved for credit-
Pros: great selection and honest about what they are selling
Cons: none so far (had car for +1 year)

like most other places, just looking to make the sale and don't care much about anything else after that. But also, during the warantee period, they did work on my lexus changing the timing belt and a month later my alternator breaks off my engine because it was not secured properly. I'm dissapointed that i had to drop $500 because 1 screw was not tightened, and something tells me changing the timing belt on my IS300 and a loose screw on my alternator that is attached to my water pump (the piece that had to be replaced) might be related. Correct me if I am wrong.
