We went to Biagio's to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Bentley. While I could see good things going on around us, unfortunately it wasn't at our table. We were placed at a table that did not have decent clearance around it. A man at the neighboring table was constantly leaning against me, the wait staff had to lean on, over and against me throughout the evening while serving ohter tables it was so bad that I would constantly have to stop eating while they were leaning against me. My crab stuffed Cod wasn't even warm in the middle... forget being cooked. We didn't say much because being from out of town, our daughter made reservations and we didn't want to make a fuss and ruin her day. Two of us didn't even tough our dinner and the waiter wasn't the least bit aware or concerned. This might be a good restaurant on a night when it isn't busy and every other table is empty. We have no intention of returning.

Pros: Nice ambience

Cons: To many tables for the space (or lack of)

I agree that the service here can be poor but I always find it amusing when it is. The service is never slow; I would say some of the waitstaff are characters. The food is well above average and worth any hiccups we've had with the service. It is the best on Moody Street and they even have parking, another perk. They have the best Lobster Ravioli my husband has ever tasted and the antipasto is wonderful. It is large and has a good mix of cheese, meat, and veggies. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. I don't think of this place as a pizza joint, but they do a perfect job.

Pros: prices, food, parking

Cons: Service
