Fantastic Venue – The staff was super chill. Not like most clubs around the area where the bouncers are total meat heads. went with some friends on Saturday night and they had some great DJ from NY. The dancers were hot and got the crowd moving. Totally worth the line and cover! Without doubt the BEST club I have been here in Boston.
Hot crowd upscale club! – Estate… where to start. Well it’s my favorite, Ill start with that! I think that it’s the best place in town. Sure it’s some what pricy but hey Boston is not a cheap town. The staff is super nice and the venue itself is amazing. Music on Friday nights is awesome its mostly great house music with some top 40 remixes and some great Latin music which surprisingly really got the crowd moving. The crowd is great and all beautiful. The only down side are some stupid dancers strutting all over the stage but whatever nothing trashy. All in all a great upscale place to have a great night. Fantastic atmosphere!
Best Night Out with the Girls! – I recently moved to Boston. I have visited most of the clubs and so far this is the only place that compelled me to write a review. I looked over some of the reviews before going and was pleasantly surprised that most of them are FALSE. Yes, I did have to wait in line for a few minutes but nothing major and once we got to the door the staff was super nice. The music was great it was a nice mix between house and some top 40 Remixes but very well done. Yes, it is somewhat expensive but in that sense not any different from any other major clubs around. However its decor and ambiance does make it completely different from all the other clubs around.
The venue is great with the wide open balcony in the middle. The place was packed but because of the open space I never felt crammed. Drinks were good, I mean the usual nothing special but good enough.
In short if you are looking for a great night out clubbing the estate is the place to go
Hot Night at a Great Venue – I visited the Estate last Friday and have to admit it was the hottest crowd I have seen in a long time. Everyone was dressed to impress and having a great time. At first I was a little hesitant because there was a huge line outside the club, but once in it was well worth it! The music was excellent and the place itself was also super nice. It has a large open dance floor, which was packed, and two large bars. I would certainly recommend this club to anyone and everyone looking to have a great night out clubbing in the city! Check it out
Best Night Life in Boston – Had a great time last Friday night. The staff was super nice. The crowd was a beautiful mix of internationals, very upscale. Loved the music, it was mix of House and Top 40 Mix so we got a bit of everything. I have traveled and party all around Europe and this made me remember those wonderful times. If you are looking to have a fantastic night head to the Estate!
Worst night out EVER!!!! – I'm not going to list all of my complaints about this place just know that the staff does not look out for the safety of their patrons! They will just brush you off if you complain.
Example: BetterBusinessBureau rates The Estate with an "F" partially because they didn't respond to consumer complaints.
Second thing to know...2 of the great previous reviews definitely came from people who work for this club! Both people have only reviewed The Estate & Marina Bay Beach Club (both of which are under the same management) and gave both clubs 5 stars and they sound like ads.
Beware...this club is not as advertised. Instead of taking complaints (whether on this site or in person) seriously and maybe responding to a post with an apology or an explanation or something they instead try to couteract the bad posts with "made up" good posts.
Best Night life in Boston – The estate never fails to deliver a great night! Every time I visit the venue I have an amazing time. I love the crowd, the place and the service. I have been to clubs all over Europe and Latin America and Estate is up there as one of my favorites. I especially love Friday nights because of the great music and the international crowd. If you are looking to have a great time deff stop by this place, you will not regret it!
Bostons Best – Definitely opt for bottle service if you come with a big group. The prices are very reaosnable and all of the waitresses are sooo nice and smokin hot.
Friday nights they have an Amazing international night, and Saturdays are for the college student/working professional/whoever! And I have heard that Thurs nights are amazing gay nights if you prefer to swing that way thats cool too, my straight gfs have even said that thurs are really fun !
They always have celebs either as hosts or as guests. Last weekend, Chris Rock was there w a famous producer and tons of FORD models.. Paris and Lindsay have showed up before too i have heard. but maybe thats just a rumor idn..
basically 1130-1230 is a chill party and 1230 to close is just an amazing shitshow so depending on what youre into, show up anytime w your gameface on. i really havent found another party this good in boston.
VIP Heavan – First of all, VIP tables are soo worth it. I was a little hesitant when one of my friends suggested it cause I'm not normally one to spend my money easily. But in the end, TOTALLY worth it. We got a super posh super comfy area on the top balcony overlooking the crowd plus the sweetest waitress to help us out all night. Combined with the luxurious decor of the place, I really did feel VIP.
Do not waste your time or money here! – My friend and I went out to The Estate on this past Saturday night. I hadn't been there since it was The Mansion. I told my friend, we should get there early because when it used to be the Big Easy and The Mansion, there was always a huge line! So we got there around 10:30 and there was no line whatsoever and only a handful of people in the club. The good news is that we got in for free! The bad news is that drinks are $11 dollars a piece...not including tip!!! Not to mention, the glasses were filled with ice and the drinks tasted watered down.
My friend and I made our way to the dance floor and were enjoying some old school hits but then we realized as the night went on that they were aaaalllll old school.
The place didn't get crowded until about close to midnight and half the people left by 1-1:30. Most places I go on a Saturday night, the staff has to force people out at 2.
Towards the end of the night, we were hanging out just outside of a VIP section (small seating area one step up from main floor with a railing around it...I would pay extra for that!). A couple of the guys in that section decided to spray the crowd with beer. Now don't get me wrong...I like to party but if everyone in the vicinity flees from the raining alcohol, then maybe it is only fun for the person doing the spraying!!! So my friend and I got soaked..our hair & clothes...and I was driving that night and wasn't too pleased about rsmelling like alcohol now! The staff nearby didn't do or say anything to the VIP crowd so we told a bouncer thinking he would want to know that this group was getting a little out of control but the only response I got was that he couldn't do anything about it. I find that interesting as I am sure if I poured my drink on someone, I would have been thrown out...so beware the VIP section has free reign to do whatever they please and the bouncers just have no control over them.
My final not e is that Gypsy Bar is waaaay better that Estate, especially in decor, drink quality and crowds. The Estate claims to be classy and upscale but its just dark and dingy. The Ally used to be the place to be but not anymore. After my recent experience here, I will never go back.
