Last week we moved into our new house and we had Bay State Locksmith change our out-doors locks. They were great with everything! They let us choose the time we want (and we had to change it twice,
once on the last minute, and they didn't make a fuss about it at all). The technician that came was right on time and really explained our options without trying to push us stuff we didn't need. The price was great, I honestly was expecting more; the technician even fixed the bathroom lock and didn?t charge us anything for it.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. I was not sure whether I definitely had to change my locks, as I was waiting to see whether a roommate who moved out would return the keys. Bay State Locks was very understanding of the situation and told me I could cancel the day of the appointment if necessary (and with no charge). They scheduled an appointment at a time convenient to me (after work), and the locksmith was prompt and worked quickly -- three locks were changed in less than an hour. Prices were very reasonable, too -- I used their 10% off promotion for jobs ranging between $150 and $1500, but I thought prices were fair even before the discount. I'd definitely recommend Bay State if you need to change your locks!…
Great service with affordable price. Recently we moved to a new house and we asked Bay State Locksmith to replace all the out doors' locks. We scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule it 2 times because of some problems with the closing process. Bay State Locksmith demonstrated professionalism and understanding to our situation, they did everything they could to comply with our schedule and eventually came on time, did a very good job with affordable price. You can easily notice that this company put customer satisfaction in first priority. I called Bay State Locksmith and was impressed by their work. Their technician came out on time. He was quick, cleaned up after himself, and was reasonably priced. I couldn't have gotten better service. I was impressed the most when the technician offered me to paint few brown dots that I have on the white door with no additional charge. Great Service and Great Price.…
