In Short
This place has its own attitude, and it's a good one. With a professional 30-something crowd, this is a serious place for keeping in shape and making new friends. The machinery, which includes HammerStrength, Icarian and Nautilus, is top-notch. The staff is appropriately supportive and classes include high-intensity, dance-oriented aerobics, tai chi and CardioSpin indoor cycling.

As comfortable as working out at home. Everything about this place is personal and freindly from the cleaning crew to the owner. Ive been a member to numerous gyms and this gym is by far the most comfortable and CLEAN. Join this gym and if you do tell them I refered you 'Lis Bailey' ... cause i wanna win that TV :)

This gym isn't like any other gym. When I walk in, the people at the front desk know my name, and I feel like they're excited that I came in to workout. I love the classes, and the personal trainers really know what they're doing. Plus, I'd never heard of CrossFit until I went to Revolution Fitness. It's a pretty cool way to get a quick workout. I hadn't climbed a rope since elementary school! Check it out. Renovation is almost done, and the new part of the gym looks amazing.
