In Short – This place has its own attitude, and it's a good one. With a professional 30-something crowd, this is a serious place for keeping in shape and making new friends. The machinery, which includes HammerStrength, Icarian and Nautilus, is top-notch. The staff is appropriately supportive and classes include high-intensity, dance-oriented aerobics, tai chi and CardioSpin indoor cycling.
