incredibly rude receptionist, the environment reeks of bad vibes. The receptionist is the most discouraging person to EVER make an appointment with. She doesn't give two sh*ts about you, constantly interrupts, and makes you never want to return. Probably THE most rude receptionist I've ever come across. Other than that, the spa's is ok. However, don't waste your time. There are MUCH better ones that will actually allow you to have a great experience from beginning to end.
