Mila Liars.
We ordered a very expensive stroller that was promised to be delivered in 5 days. After 5 days we got no call backs.
Lie#1:
10 days after purchase the owner said that there was a delay in FedEx because of the bad weather in Memphis at their HQ.They gave us the tracking # to confirm, so sure enough the record came up as service delay, which jived. But then I remembered the owner had said that it was being shipped FedEx ground, so I called FedEx. They said Ground Shipments were not affected by the service disruption in Memphis.
Lie#2: The FedEx info said the shipment was sent from CA. I called the company, they don't ship out of CA.
Lie #3: Another week later when there was still no sign of the stroller and no return phone calls, we finally got the owner on the phone who said that because of the service disruption they sent everything back to its original point of shipment. I called FedEx. They said they never do that, ever.…
great baby place. this place has very present owners. they have great stuff, and they will help you bring stuff out to your car. which is great if you have a young toddler that you need two hands on at all times.
lovely place. I went there looking for the miamoda cielo because I was having a hard time finding it elsewhere. Not only did they have it there but the guy (the husband of the owner) took me through the whole set up. I wanted to look at his other lightweight stuff and he took me through three different ones. Then once i had made my purchase he walked everything out to the car for me. He had such patience with me, Im a very picky nerotic person when it comes to my strollers. Most places just point you in the right direction but he was so helpful. There clothes and other stuff is really cute too!…
Surprised by Bad Delivery and Service. I like to support small businesses and saw that this one had great reviews. I ordered a $575 high chair as a gift and the store kindly offers free shipping on all orders more than $100. I specified that the high chair would need to be shipped to the recipient's home instead of my address because I live in a condo and packages are simply left by the front door of the building (while we don't normally have many thefts, I did not want a $575 item sitting where anybody could just walk by and take it). Milalilu called me when the high chair was delivered to their store and said they were going to send it out, but after 3 weeks the chair had still not been delivered. I called the store, they were nice, and said they would send the chair out, so I confirmed the delivery address again. I politely called 3 more times over the month and a half because the chair was still never sent out--each time they said it was still in the store, apologized, and said they would send it. When more than a total of 2 months passed, I called again, they apologized and said they would sent it. When they FINALLY sent the chair, they sent it to my condo--exactly what I had asked them each time NOT to do! The box sat there for a week since I do not use the front entrance to my building and anybody could have walked off with a $575 gift! I was pretty patient about their repeated delays in sending out the item, but sending it to my condo on top of it all shows overall poor customer service.…
Best Online Store. I found the website and contacted Milalilu about purchasing two new model high chairs that hadn't yet come out. The owner, Nikol made me feel like her best customer and personally took care of my order. I received the wrong colors (manufacturer's error) & Nikol took care of the situation without hesitation. She answered my emails and sent me updates. They are awesome & I will be a longtime customer!!!!…
