I had an appointment with another salon but could not find it! While I was driving home I came across this salon in Harvard Square. I was extremely apprehensive about just walking in, I only needed to get my hair colored. They have a "walk-ins welcome" sign on the door which, to me, was a bad omen. Nonetheless, I was desparate so I gave it a shot. They took me right away, were very welcoming. I told the girl all I wanted was a color, but by the time I left, I had my hair colored, cut, stlyed and blown dry by the tall Armenian man. By far the best hair salon experience I have had yet. I felt that I took a risk and it paid off, this is my new favorite salon and Jack is my new favorite hairdresser. I would definitely recommend it.
Pros: price, outcome, experience, hours, no product pushing here
Cons: atmosphere a little uncomfortable for a new comer

Horrible haircut, horrible experience, horrible everything. I asked for long layers, and longer bangs that framed my face...I got one layer and bangs above my eyebrows. I'm not ashamed to say that I cried when I got home. The place was tacky, and what I thought were very clear directions were not followed. Yuck.
Pros: cheap
Cons: bad haircut, bad atmosphere
