Overcharged me and lied like there was no tomorrow

It wasn't till I checked my bank account that I realized Ms Novikov had charged my card an extra $40.

She told my bank representative that it was a tax. Then she told him it was a hotel. Then she said it was some other sort of extra fee. Finally the banker got through to her that she can't make up ANY extra fees, and she agreed to give me my money back.

Long story short, she didn't, so I went to the police, then came back, she lied more, left and right, and finally, finally agreed to give me my money back on the condition that I sign a waver promising not to sue them.

I will say this--they typed up that letter pretty quickly, almost as if they'd had practice.

Lying, sleazy scammers.

Great company!

I used them a few times for my international trips ? once for Europe and the rest for Caribbean vacation. Great company, great support! And btw their prices are very competitive too. For domestic air I found better deals on the web, but for international they better. They are not a booking engine but very experienced and caring people. Highly recommend.

Great customer service

Marina Novikov owns this company, and she is absolutely the best! I trust her judgment 100%. On top of everything else she would try to save my money too, as she know when and where better than anybody else. Yes We Travel - smart name with the smart slogan "travel with us" - I love that too. They located on Coolidge Corner in Brookline - can't think of better place - go by car or green line T.
