Great company!. This is in response to Peter's complaint. Sometimes people may forget what they have requested. Accusing Yes We Travel in unfair practices is a complete nonsense. This is the best and most fair travel company I've known. There is nothing wrong with signing a release form as this as well as credit card authorization form is normal practice. They are true professionals with a lot of experience in many areas of the world. Highly recommended.

Overcharged me and lied like there was no tomorrow. It wasn't till I checked my bank account that I realized Ms Novikov had charged my card an extra $40.

She told my bank representative that it was a tax. Then she told him it was a hotel. Then she said it was some other sort of extra fee. Finally the banker got through to her that she can't make up ANY extra fees, and she agreed to give me my money back.

Long story short, she didn't, so I went to the police, then came back, she lied more, left and right, and finally, finally agreed to give me my money back on the condition that I sign a waver promising not to sue them.

I will say this--they typed up that letter pretty quickly, almost as if they'd had practice.

Lying, sleazy scammers.

Great customer service. Marina Novikov owns this company, and she is absolutely the best! I trust her judgment 100%. On top of everything else she would try to save my money too, as she know when and where better than anybody else. Yes We Travel - smart name with the smart slogan "travel with us" - I love that too. They located on Coolidge Corner in Brookline - can't think of better place - go by car or green line T.
