Horrible! Thieves! Liars! Rude!. This business will be closed soon. Do not EVER step foot in this place! Donna will lie to you about the quality of her diamonds, cheat you out of your money and steal your gold for poor/low prices. Donna is a desperate woman who is running the family business into the ground. She cannot be trusted in any way with anything. She plays games and treats you as if you know nothing about the jewelry business. She is rude, she yells at you when you call her out on her deceptive practices, and does not respect what few clients she has left. Want high quality service and product? Go to Shreve Crump and Low or Joseph Gann Jewelers.
Rude Customer Service & Poor Quality.
I bought our wedding bands here. In the process of getting my ring resized, the jeweler knicked the ring. They tried to buff but would not replace the mistake they made without an extra added significant cost to me. I went back to the store over 7 times and met with various rude individuals with no results.
I also wanted to have an diamond ring fixed at the store and encountered the same rude sales people. There are many other stores on this floor where people will bend over backwards to help you and stand by their products.
