Wonderful Customer Service. I had a great experience at the particular Borders. I went in knowing I wanted a book about the history of the Boston mob. I spent about 30 minutes with a sales rep that walked me all around the store to point out different options and to discuss what he knew about each book. He was very helpful and would have spent more time helping me if I let him. The customer service has always been great here. Give them a shot if you're looking for a good ready but just unsure of what to buy.…
