I've lived at the back bay for while and found out about Lapels from a friend recently. They are much better then the others that I've tried. And their customer service rocks. The girls that work there are super friendly and very helpful.

I do not normally write reviews, however I felt that this was a case worth mentioning to others. I have used various dry cleaners over the years here in town and feel that my experience with Lapels has been the best and most consistant. They are able to get out the worst stains from a good night out and my clothes are always ready when they have promised. I recently had an important holiday party and had a change of cocktail dress at the last minute. I brought the dress in to the store and the seamstress on site was able to do some alterations right there for me so the dress fit perfectly for my event. I was so impressed with Lapels' effort to accomodate me. I highly recommend them for everyday dry cleaning as well as for their exceptional alterations.
