Editorial Review for Vintage Lounge – by Citysearch Staff

In Short
Located in a sort of no man's land between the Financial District and the waterfront, Vintage Lounge doubles as a stylish nightlife destination and upscale-casual spot for lunch or dinner. The lighting's kept dim, and the after-work crowds unwind on leather stools and a cream-colored sofa. Flat-screen TVs hover behind the bars, where designer martinis are shaken and stirred. The menu includes lamb meatballs, goat cheese-stuffed poblanos and herb-rubbed chicken with roasted artichokes.

Insider Tips

When to Go

A champagne brunch is served on Sundays, with offerings running the gamut from whole wheat banana pancakes to a house-cured salmon frittata.

I tired Vintage Lounge for the first time the other night after seeing their Restaurant Week menu. I was extremely pleased with the food, the wine, and the service. They served a crab cake for a first course that was amazing! My server was great – she was very attentive, answered my questions and recommended a great bottle of Cabernet. I am so happy that we tried this restaurant and will definitely be back again.

Pros: Great food and wine list

Work in the area and first went to Vintage for a work event that my company sponsored. We were a large group and their staff did a great job accommodating us. The manager was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was great and service was great. Many of my co-workers had some of their specialty drinks and were very pleased. I will definitely be back to try this place for dinner.

Pros: Staff, Food, Location for Private Events
