Nice place, but RUDE staff!. HORRIBLE! I went here last night for the first time; the environment and the crowd is nice, but the staff is horribly rude!

We ordered an appetizer and after not seeing our server for 20 minutes, I went to the bar to pay for our drinks and cancel the appetizer. I stand at the register for three minutes until someone finally acknowledges me. When I mention the appetizer, he points to a cold plate of food sitting on the bar. "This is yours" - I guess at the Draft, you have to know when your food is ready, pick it up at the bar, and eat without silverware or plates!!!!!

So I pick up my food and tell the server to get my check. He can tell I'm angry. He comes back and says "It wasn't that long. The appetizer only took 22 minutes..." and walked away. RUDE!

Please do not patronize this establishment. With RUDE staff like this, I cannot imagine them being in business much longer.

Good spot in Lower Allston. The Draft is a good bar to hit up in Lower Allston when you don't feel like dealing with the drunk dance parties and meathead fights up the street. Relatively low key, but still usually packed. Good live music. Good menu and weekly deals. Trivia night (Wednesday?) is fun if you're going out with a bunch of people.

bouncers are the most miserable and wretched humans in the world, except for big red who is a sweetheart. He is the only good thing about the bar

It's not even worth going to this squalid hole in the wall

Great wings, bad service. In the past the service used to be great. But within the past 3 months, they're been really under-staffed and the service is awful. My friends and I waited a good 30 minutes before some one came over to us; as was the case with the two other tables next to us. Overall the food is average but the wings are the best in Boston. The place doesn't get too crowded either which is nice. Just don't expect to meet anyone here since it's not a big social spot.

All-purpose sports bar provides Allston youngsters with a dependable spot for affordable bar food.. With its numerous flat-screen TVs and satellite packages, The Draft caters to Allston's many sports fans. A healthy selection of draft beers (17 on tap) and a fully-stocked bar provide plenty of drink options, and the kitchen churns out straightforward bar fare (burgers, wings, nachos). When the weather allows, patrons spill out onto the bar's breezy patio.

Best patio in Allston!. If you haven't been to the patio yet, be sure to check it out! The food is awesome and drinks are affordable! It's very welcoming, the staff will always make it feel like home!

Great place!. Great service... makes you feel like you're part of the staff!

Great prices to and the buffalo wings no one can beat their price and size!

Good selection of beers and the $2.25 High Life is always cold.

Best place for fun cool drinks!!!!!!!!!. The Draft is one of the coolest bars in the area its one of the last places where the owner will still have a few shots with you. The wings and steak tips are great and the service is extremly friendly. So everyone you have to check out the Draft it's a great place to kick back have a drink and here a live band on Thursday nights.

Another fun Allston bar. Fun place, especially when a good DJ is on, and all the employees are friendly. Some nights are slow, but at least two nights a week are crowded.

Best Bartenders Around!. This is the perfect spot to enjoy good food in a more sophisticated sports bar atmosphere than you would expect! Who can believe this is the old Kinvara Pub?! This place has great food, service and especially bartenders!
