Best Gym in Boston. I have been an EQ member for more than a year now and have to say that it?s the best gym I have ever found. There are a few things I am particularly grateful for ? the super helpful, always cheerful front desk employees and Katie?s fantastic night classes ? I try never to miss one. Also wanted to mention that I love the 6:15 start time for several of the evening classes and the addition of a Saturday cardio class (Julie is also terrific). Keep up the great work!!

Fitness Made Possible. Equilibrium is the answer to my prayers; a spotless fitness center, with no lines, no waiting, and a ridiculously convenient location. I can finally fit exercise back into my life. Since joining the Eq I have become a happier, healthier person, not to mention I have lost body fat and gained muscle. Their fantastic hours of operation and express lunchtime classes have helped to make this possible. I would recommend this club to any working professional in the Financial District.

Relaxing experiance. I have been using fitness clubs for the past 15 years and have been a member of many gyms. Last month I joined Equilibrium for it convenience and have enjoyed coming each day. The spa has become on of my favorite places during my busy day I try to escape there once a week. I am glad that there is finally a high quality facility in the financial district which is extremly clean and the people are great.

Needle in the Haystack Gym. So, we all know how many options we have living in Boston from where we want to eat to where we like to hang out to where we go to the gym, but how do we decide. I have found the needle in the haystack when it comes to gyms. There are so many in and around Boston, but Equilibrium is convenient, new, clean, and moderately priced. Located in the Post Office Square area, it is convenient to work and home. I can go during my lunch, after work or on the weekends. The hours are fantastic, there is always equipment available and the classes are great. And if all that wasn't enough I can go to the cafe to grab lunch, a snack or a shake and head to the spa for some always needed treatments.

Editorial Review. Post Office Square health club contains a state-of-the-art fitness center, full-service spa and a members-only cafe.
