Find a place that gives better service!. I've been going to this place for over a year now. Unfortunately it seems like the more I go, the poor the service becomes. Don't try to go without making an appointment like I did. I ended up waiting for an hour just to get my eyebrows done JUST because I didn't make an appointment! Eyebrows don't even take more than 10-15 minutes to do...are you kidding me?? Point is..if you are not one of their regular clients, don't depend on getting quality service! I'm pretty sure I'll find somewhere else who wants my money:)

Longwood area: Great refills and brow waxes!. I've been going to this nail salon for about a year now. It's a convenient location right on the T (green line Brigham Circle) but even better for me because I work in the area. I stop in to get my nails and eyebrows done during lunch. I usually call ahead of time (because I hate waiting) and I'm in and out with a refill and brow wax in about an hour. Peter does an awesome refill! And he's the sweetest man! Lynn is the eyebrow Queen. About 6 months ago, she managed to talk me into letting her do my eyebrows. I was reluctant because I had been going to the same person for about 10 years now. I am very picky about my eyebrows (girls, you know how hard it is to grow eyebrows out!). So, I took a chance(I was desperate that night) and I was shocked at how well she arched, tweezed and trimmed my brows. Just as good and cheaper than my old place. I love them! I get compliments all the time on my eyebrows AND it only cost me $10.

Thank GOD for Nail Spa!. Thank God for Nail Spa! It is the best thing to happen to the Longwood Medical Area. I have worked in this area for 7 years and for 7 years, I would have to spend my weekends getting fills and pedicures near my home and let's be honest....who really wants to do this on the weekends. Nail Spa is so convenient that I can run over during a quick hour break and have a fill or pedicure and be back to work before anyone even notices and I now get my weekends back! It's fun to go with co-workers too for a little bonding. Lyn is the best and she knew me by name after my first visit. Everyone is really friendly and recognizes the regulars. And, they do a great job! I'm really picky about my fills and I've never had a better experience. Before Nail Spa, my french maincure would turn so yellow (actually almost orange) after just a few hours in the sun. Lyn has some secret ingredient that works like a charm and there has been no yellow since. In addition, the place is really clean and the pedicure chairs give a great massage. I highly recommend!
