great service, selection, and price. I went to Long's Jewelers in Downtown Boston for my wedding ring and was really pleased with the service, the selection, and the prices they had to offer. My engagement ring is from Long's also... although I didn't actually make that purchase, my fiancee raved about them so much, which is why we continued to use them for our wedding rings. Highly recommended.

Crappy customer service post-sale. Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought my wedding ring here and really regret it. When I bought my ring they promised that with my $2000 purchase they would throw in a complimentary polish and wash of my engagement ring. When I went back to take them up on it they claimed noone had made that promise and insisted that I needed to pay $42. This was really disappointing since I paid their higher price because of their reputation for good customer service. I will never shop here again and would encourage others to stay away!
