Had the rudest saleswoman I have EVER talked too..Estimate was sent and said they would have to do job on side to Florida since they could do a 50 mile radius here..Told them I needed an estimate and she said you can only give us your estimate and it could go 15% up from what was decided on!!!! No personal home estimates given unless you are packed on truck..I said never mind and she called me back and said she hoped I had a F------ move to Florida...WATCH OUT PEOPLE..Calling Better Business Bureau about this women..Have who she is on her guess estimate

All tape and sticks!. I'll give Five Stars Movers one star at best. They went insane taping all our furniture--way more tape than needed, because oh, that's right, they charge EXTRA for the tape. I was prepared to let that go because they got everything loaded into the truck really well and without damaging anything. What completely ruined my experience with them was something I discovered after they had moved me into my new home and left. My entertainment center has 2 glass shelves, which they removed for safe-keeping during transit. They dutifully put the shelves back in to the entertainment center in my new home, but shortly after they left I was setting up my cable box and noticed they had used STICKS to hold up the glass shelves because they had lost the metal shelf holder inserts. They didn't mention anything to us--they just found some twigs in our yard and inserted them to hold up the glass shelves. Real nice, guys, thanks for that class act. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this company to anyone and would never use them again.

Worst ever!. I hired 5 star movers for a move from NH to CT on March 1.. The guys were 2 hours late, without a call. Then proceeded to move my things. They were nice enough, but when we got to the destination they ripped a leather couch that was 3 months old, scratched or broke a coffee table, 2 end tables, a couch table, and a wine rack. They scratched up my bedroom set. And in the process of the move they scratched the hell out of my hard wood floors.

I filed a claim, which is a total joke, the company they use CSI Pros in Florida, likes to make believe they didnt get your paperwork so they cant even process it (4 times I sent it to them along with pictures of all the damage. First of all it's per pound (my own fault) which wont replace a coffee table, and since my landlord is having his own guys doing the floors and billing me, I cant include that in my claim.

Avoid the aggravation and dont use these guys, you cant win any way around.

Five Stars to Five Star Movers!. We are very happy with Five Star Movers so we keep using their company every time whenever we move. The first move was interstate from DC to MA, and the two latter moves were in MA. We are very satisfied each time at how Five Star Movers handled our furniture, the amount of time it took for each move, and the cost for their service. Also the staff is professional and pleasant. We would recommend Five Star Movers to everyone who is looking for an excellent moving company.

Very professional and honest Company. I move on September 5 with Five Stars Movers and it was a really good experience.

They are very professional, the movers their very fast, I pay only $394.50 for a 2 bedrooms apt move. from Methuen to Lowell. I get 3 movers with the truck. My apt it is full of furniture, I did pay nothing extra. Blankets are free, they don't charge extra for fuel and they are really nice. I don't know way there is people complaining about. their very good, their honest and respectful people. Like my sister sayd? people never happy, if is hot, they complain because is hot, if is cold, they complain because is cold. some people want to have everything for free. I really recommend Five Stars Movers. Some one has to create a site to place the name of all those difficult people, people that it like to complain about everything.

Best prices!!!!. i dont know why there is some people here complaining. i moved with them and they did an exeptional job packing my stuff at a professional level for a very good price they did not take longer than 3 hours to move all my stuff from canton to medford mass. i was very happy with the service and yes i would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend less and get more.

Careless Movers, Bad Customer Service. Moved in May. 4 of 8 moved items had damage. A china cabinet door was not taped before move and snapped off in transit. I was told the door would be repaired asap...this is October and I have been following up regularly. Terrible company to work woth, definite amateurs.

No customer service. First, I never received written confirmation as to the charges that would be incurred for my move. Because it was a small move I was initially not concerned about not receiving this. The problem with that was that I was told moving blankets would cost $2 each, but was charged $3 each. The major problem I had with this company was that their workers could not remove a couch through the doorway of my North End apartment. The couch was easily brought in when I purchased it. They spent 45 minutes trying to get the couch out. For the sake of time I had them leave the couch. A friend and I (neither with professional moving experience) were able to get the couch out in 10 minutes. When I tried contacting the manager of Five Stars it took me a week to get in touch with them. After not hearing from him I requested a claim form to get a credit for the time they took unsuccessfully trying to move the couch. It took 2 days for them to email the form to me. After completing the form I never heard back from them, and have been continually trying to contact them, with no success. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

great customer services must recommend to your friends. the best place some one would wanna work good customer services polite reps excellent place to move with resonable rates etc
