Be careful. I had a terrible experience with Geek Choice. When I had an issue, they did not return emails, they did not return phone calls. They charged $150 for a 1 hour job. What they don't tell you is that they post your job, address and all on a web site and pretty much anyone can claim the job. They charge you $150 they pay the tech which they know nothing about $50. I wish I never even called these guys. Zero after sale support, especially if there is a problem. Don't let the flashy web site fool you.

I recently had no video display on my monitor, the guy from Geek Choice showed and he had absolutley no clue what to do or look for.

He wasnt even in the house for 5 min before he started calling in to his help desk.

I was expecting a full diagnostic and the man showed up with nothing.

I even had to lend him some of my tools.

You would think one of the first things you a professional would check is to see if the Motherboard is working, you do this by taking out all the RAM and turning on PC to llisten for beeps codes.

He never even suggested that, I had to tell him

Do not use this company, nothing was solved or fixed and they charged me 150.00

frustrated no more. they came out the next day and got my computer up and running and i fortunately did not lose any of my stuff. i flipped out when my computer crashed, symantec was not help whatsoever, and the geeks were very patient with my lack of knowledge in computers

happy resident. we have been a resident of beacon hill for over 43 years now, and i just recently stumbled upon Geek Choice. I stopped in spoke with a technician and he gave me some advice, and i brought my laptop in the next day to have it cleaned up, they were fast, and very courteous and I just think they are wonderful

outlook express help. I was having some issues accessing my email on MS Outlook. Then i called geek choice and they sent a man over to my home later that day, and he fixed my outlook settings and now all my emails are coming through! thanks Geek Choice.

thanks for taking out the frustration. i had a nasty virus on my pc after my BF went galavanting on the web and i got so frustrated that i looked up pc repair and found the Geeks, they sent a geek to me the next morning and Matt fixed all my problems, thanks

email helpers. I needed my email. It’s the only way for me to constantly stay in touch with friends and family who’ve moved away. When it went down, words cannot describe the frustration. When the Geek Choice tech showed up, my scream could probably be heard by the neighbors. He showed me what had happened and even recovered emails that I thought had been deleted. I was so thankful that I hugged him!

money well sent. Whenever the Geek Choice technician pays a visit, I never feel like it’s money wasted. Our company needs to have the server running, and Matthew has assisted us on more than one occasion

i keep needing them. I’m almost embarrassed to say that this is the fourth time we’ve used Geek Choice. In the fast-paced business that we operate, it’s difficult to find the time to handle any technical issues that pop up. When we need assistance, Geek Choice is prompt and always ready with the answers we’re looking for.

fixed my POS printer. I recently purchased a Dell multifunction all in one laser jet printer. When I got it home and took it out of the box I had no idea how to install it. I called Geek Choice and they came out the same day and hooked it for us and cleaned up the computer as well. My computer runs much faster now and the printer works great. I call Geek Choice for all my computer, printer, internet needs.
