BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!. My six bridesmaids all ordered their gowns from Aria. At first, there were admittedly some problems. One dress never arrived, and all six dresses were larger than the stated measurements. However, (after a bit of a struggle), Aria refunded all six bridesmaids 50% of the total cost of the dress! (And replaced the sixth dress no problem.) They also offered to do free alterations. They were wonderfully accomodating, and I highly recommend them.
