Great Installation and Service!

Mr Vaisey installed my sprinklers and has taken great care of them for over 6 years. He and his employees are professional, polite, and always on time for appointments.

Sometimes a little search unveils the TRUTH. I find the FACT that no real customers have filed a complaint with local authorities to be credible - and that the unscrupulous motivations behind the anonymous LIBEL & DEFAMATION published by citysearch to be DEPLORABLE.

Horrible Experience

I don't know who wrote the glowing review of this company, but I had the complete opposite experience. This guy was unprofessional, fought with one of his vendors/partners during the installation, installed the wrong sprinkler heads, then failed to honor his one year guarantee. I called/emailed him several times to get someone back to my home to fix the non-working sprinklers (which died a couple weeks after installation) and he was unresponsive. I finally had to hire someone else to fix the problems --- and when I told Vaisey, his response was to tell me my warranty was null & void. What good is a warranty if the business owner doesn't respond to service requests? I would never recommend this outfit to anyone. In fact, I would tell people to RUN!!!
