JN Kitchens just finished a major
renovation at my house. It included flooring, windows, doors, cabinets and granite. The kitchen was gutted, re wired, with all new plumbing, hardwood floors and boarded prior to cabinets being installed. All JN Kitchens workers and subs were very professional.
Matt, one of the designers, was directly involved of every aspect of construction. His cabinet design fit perfectly. Mark, one of the co-owners and his crew performed most of the work in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend JN Kitchens for any type of home renovation project. My cabinets are beautiful. They seemed very experienced and manage to stay right on target with our budget.
Matt, Joe and Mark just finished a
complete kitchen renovation for me and I could not be more pleased. Joe completed the design and showed me several type of cabinetry to chose from. Matt and Mark did the construction and installed my cabinets. Stone Age granite installed the counter tops. Every one was so nice perfect gentlemen and they cleaned up at the end of each day.
They even moved my old refrig to the garge and plugged it in. I would highly recomend them to anyone thinking of
a kitchen project.
Just had JN Kitchens do a complete
kitchen remodel for me. They handled construction including, plumbing, electric, flooring, carpentry, Shiloh cabinetry and granite counter tops. Everything came out perfectly and we couldnt be more happier with the quality and proffesionalism of the job by Joe and Mark.
Prior to signing with JN Kitchens I checked several references, all very positive. JN Kitchens has a 4.5 rating out of 5 on servicemagic and has never had any complaints to Better Business Bureau. Specifically asked Joe about the negative review here on citysearch, he told me homeowner was responsible for removing the heat and was never moved properly, therefore cabinet would not open properly. While he felt it was homeowners responsibilty he ordered new cabinetry and took on additional expenses to satisfy homeowner.
I couldnt be more happier with my kitchen. We would recommend JN Kitchens to anyone interested in remodeling their kitchen.
I would not recommend this establishment for cabinet layout, design, and instillation. Joe was very nice at first glance, but as soon as there where issues, everything went down hill. Granted a mistake or 2 is expected, but our wall of cabinets that was supposed to be in by the end of February was not installed until May. He made a design that didn't fit the space, he ordered multiple cabinets wrong, and then when re-ordered he still ordered it wrong, he became agitated and unprofessional (including yelling inappropriately at a customer). Definitely not recommended.
Extremely professional design team!.
JN Kitchen Designs is who I tell all my friends to contact when they have a remodel project. They created our dream kitchen on budget and on time. The products they offer are extremely well made and high quality.
Customer service is very important to JN Kitchens. Their team was very sensitive to our needs during our kitchen and half bath remodel. They were so thoughtful in working around our laundry room so I would always have access to our washer and dryer.
I am already planning my next project and I will be calling JN Kitchen Designs!
Great Product, but design errors made, ending up costing us more time, money.
Final product was great. However, there were two errors made which delayed our kitchen in getting finished by 3 weeks and ended up costing us $2200 more. The designer measured the kitchen breakfast nook so that it would only be about 3 feet long! We wanted it longer than that so we had to wait for another kitchen cabinet to be ordered (for underneath, at extra cost) and needed to get extra granite for it. (extra cost) Also we were going to have a kitchen cabinet near the doorway, but it turns out we could not because there would not be enough room for someone to walk by! The designer did not admit at all that he made a mistake in any of this.
The kitchen looks great, but I am disappointed at the extra cost, the extra time it took, and the storage space that I was not able to have next to my stove.
