how to get a working refrigerator in the summertime.
Don't call Yale appliance. i started before Memorial
Day with a refrigerator that was freezing some of the food.
Seven weeks later and many hours of waiting for many technicians to meet and to advise on the history of their company's repairs, i still am waiting for a place to put my food.
Oh, did i mention that when i started out with Yale my freezer worked but now is broken. My frig which was useful cannot keep much cool
Good luck but dont use them for service unless you want to delve into what seems to be a very insane unbelievable badly run experience
We apologize for any inconvenience. We want to fix every product on the first visit. If you would call me at 617-822-6150 on my direct line, I will personally rectify the situation
Sincerely,
Steve Sheinkopf
CEO

Appliance shopping even if you dont know anything. As a twenty-six year old guy, appliance shopping isnt something thats high on my list of fun things to do. With that being said, I actually had to go out and buy a washer and dryer, becasue after mine broke I couldnt keep buying new socks. So I went to Yale on the advice of my dad, and they were great. I feel like and expert on washers and dryers. I know all about high efficiency front loading machines. The salesman Tom, was great and not only did I get a great price, but they delievered for free and took away my old one for free! I also have an electric dryer and they gave me the cord for free (Best Buy wanted 20 bucks). All in all it was a great expierience and what impressed me the most was that eventhough I am a fairly young guy, they still treated me with respect which isn't usually the case.
Amazing Showroom and Knowledgeable Staff.
If you're looking for higher-end appliances or really cool lighting fixtures for your home, this is the place to go.
The showroom is really cool. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I left knowing more about energy efficient appliances than if I had gone to a green conference. The really cool thing about Yale is that there is a chef cooking food in the showroom! I had this delicious soy, cranberry, wheat gluten yogurt thing that was out of this world.
Needless to say, I left with a beautiful washer/dryer set. You have to check this place out, even if it's just to get some ideas for your home.
